Writing & Publications
A place for words that support how we live.
Across books, magazines, and digital guides, these offerings explore how our homes, habits, and environments shape how we feel — and how we might live with more care, steadiness, and connection through different seasons of life.
Rooted in lived experience and design practice, the writing here is reflective but practical, grounded rather than aspirational. It’s meant to be returned to slowly, not consumed all at once.
A HOME FOR WORDS
Writing shaped by space, rhythm, and lived experience
THRVE’s writing emerged from years of working closely with people in their homes and communities.
As design conversations unfolded, they often led to deeper questions: how space affects mood and energy, how homes change as we age, how caregiving reshapes daily life, and how environment influences wellbeing over time.
The writing explores these themes through reflective essays, seasonal publications, and longer-form work such as the Soulful Home series and Rooted in Home.
This is not instructional content or aspirational lifestyle writing.
It is interpretive — offering language for lived experiences that sit at the intersection of home, care, aging, and place.
Writing also informs THRVE’s education, speaking, and community work, helping translate design thinking into shared understanding.

Current & Ongoing Works
Regenerative Living for Everyday Life:Living Well Through Change
A forthcoming book (The manuscript is currently under consideration with a publishing house.)
This manuscript explores regenerative living as a humane response to modern depletion, focusing on energy, rhythm, and steadiness rather than optimization or escape. Grounded in biophilic design, environmental psychology, and lived experience, it begins in everyday life — the body, the home, and the seasons of change people move through. Home is framed not as an aspirational project, but as a quiet tool for daily restoration. The work offers practical frameworks and reflective guidance for living well through burnout, transition, caregiving, aging, and uncertainty.
A seasonal magazine
A modern almanac focused on wellness, place, and everyday living. Each issue gathers essays, prompts, and practical reflections designed to be read with the seasons rather than rushed through.
Digital guides and seasonal PDFs
Short-form guides offering sensory practices, room-based reflections, and nature-informed ideas for living more gently at home. These are designed to support small shifts, not major change.
Additional Guides & Resources
From focused ebooks to short workshops and printable resources, these materials are created to make wellness- and design-informed thinking accessible without requiring a design background.
