Regenerative Living Library

A growing collection of practical resources for restoring wellbeing through body, home, nature, and rhythm.

The Regenerative Living Library is a growing collection of gentle, practical guides and reflections designed to support wellbeing through everyday life, change, and transition. Rooted in biophilic design, nervous-system awareness, and lived experience, these resources explore regenerative living as a lifelong practice — beginning with the body and daily rhythms, then widening outward to home, belonging, aging, and collective care. They are not programs to complete or goals to achieve, but calm, supportive tools you can return to as needed to restore steadiness, energy, and a deeper sense of support over time.

Everyday Regeneration Practices

A practical digital companion to daily life

Price: $29 CAD

Everyday Regeneration Practices offers simple, realistic ways to restore wellbeing without optimizing your life, renovating your home, or adding more to your plate.

This written guide focuses on how small, everyday choices — in the body, in the home, and in daily rhythm — can support the nervous system and rebuild capacity over time. Rather than prescribing routines or demanding consistency, it invites flexibility, pacing, and care.

This resource includes:

  • Understanding depletion as a physical and environmental experience

  • Sensory grounding practices that support nervous-system regulation

  • Gentle daily rhythm guidance (morning, evening, and seasonal)

  • Using the home you already have as a tool for restoration

  • Rest and recovery practices that honour limited capacity

  • Simple ways to live in better rhythm with time and energy

All practices are written, non-prescriptive, and designed to be used at your own pace.
