About THRVE
A calm, wellness-led approach to how we live with space
THRVE is a wellness-led design practice focused on how environments affect how we feel, regulate, and live.
Our work sits at the intersection of biophilic design, nervous-system awareness, and regenerative thinking. We help people create spaces that feel safer, calmer, and more supportive — without requiring major redesign, lifestyle shifts, or home ownership.
This is not about aesthetics or trends. It’s about how space meets the body, the nervous system, and the realities of everyday life.
What We Do
THRVE offers:
guided digital resources for home and daily life
seasonal reset tools and practices
one-on-one consultations
wellness-informed design guidance
All offerings are designed to be practical, accessible, and supportive — especially during periods of transition, fatigue, caregiving, or change.
How We Work
Our approach is:
gentle rather than prescriptive
grounded rather than aspirational
responsive rather than rigid
We focus on small, meaningful shifts that support regulation, clarity, and ease over time. There is no pressure to change everything, buy more, or “get it right.”
We believe wellness begins with safety — not productivity.
Who This Is For
THRVE is for people who:
feel overwhelmed or overstimulated by their space
want support without pressure or performance
live in rentals, apartments, or shared spaces
are navigating life transitions or caregiving
value thoughtful, humane approaches to wellbeing
You do not need design experience, a large home, or a particular lifestyle to benefit from this work.
THRVE is founded and led by Andrea Leja, a wellness interior designer and regenerative development advocate with nearly three decades of experience in design and place-based work.
Andrea’s background spans residential and wellness design, community-scale projects, and education. Her work integrates biophilic principles, nervous-system awareness, and real-life experience to support environments that feel as good as they look — and function well in everyday life.
Andrea’s role is not to impose a vision, but to help people understand what their spaces are communicating — and how to respond with care.

Where to Begin
Join the THRVE Living
Collective
A quiet, seasonal newsletter offering thoughtful reflections on home, wellbeing, and how we live.
The THRVE Living Collective is an occasional email for people who are interested in creating spaces that feel more supportive, grounded, and connected — without pressure to redesign or perform.
Each issue may include:
gentle seasonal prompts for living and working at home
reflections on wellness, design, and daily rhythms
excerpts from Andrea’s writing and ongoing work
early access to guides, workshops, and community offerings
You can read it slowly, return to it later, or skip an issue entirely.
The intention is simple:
to offer calm, useful guidance — not noise.
If you’d like to receive these seasonal notes, you’re welcome to join.
