The THRVE Podcast

Conversations on living well through change

COMING SOON

The THRVE Podcast is a reflective conversation series exploring how people live well through change — emotionally, physically, and socially — as they move through different seasons of life.

Rather than focusing on self-improvement or optimization, the podcast approaches wellness as something shaped by the environments we live in, the rhythms we keep, and the relationships that hold us. It centres lived experience over performance, and understanding over urgency.

This is a space for thoughtful conversation, steady pacing, and ideas that can be returned to over time.

The Point of View

Living well through change begins where we live.

Our homes, neighbourhoods, and communities quietly shape how safe, regulated, and resilient we feel. Light, sound, layout, pace, access to nature, and social connection all influence our wellbeing — often more than mindset alone.

The THRVE Podcast explores how these everyday conditions affect our ability to adapt, age, and live well through periods of transition, without relying on perfection language, pressure, or quick fixes.

How the Podcast Works

  • Hosted by Andrea Leja

  • 30-minute conversational episodes

  • One guest per episode

  • Science-informed, never clinical

  • Plain language and lived experience

  • Designed to support reflection, not consumption

Each episode follows a gentle emotional arc — relief, reframing, and grounded clarity — and closes with a small invitation to notice or reflect on one aspect of daily life.

A Collaborative Conversation

The podcast includes an ongoing collaboration with a mental wellness contributor, who brings a recurring, relational voice to the conversations.

This role is not about diagnosis or advice. It focuses on translating mental-health research and emotional patterns into everyday language, helping listeners better understand what they’re experiencing as they live through change — without pathologizing or prescribing.

This continuity allows conversations to deepen over time, creating coherence rather than one-off expertise.

Season One: Living Well Through Change

Season One explores how people adapt, age, and remain well through personal, environmental, and social change. Topics include:

  • Wellness as an environmental experience, not a personal project

  • Aging as a change in pace rather than decline

  • Stress, depletion, and the nervous system

  • How home and space support emotional regulation

  • Belonging as a foundation for wellbeing

  • What helps us endure and integrate change over time

Episodes are released gradually, with care taken to support both listener and creator wellbeing.

Part of the THRVE Ecosystem

The THRVE Podcast is part of a regenerative media ecosystem that includes reflective writing, seasonal resources, and place-based storytelling.

Each layer supports the others, allowing ideas to circulate, deepen, and be revisited — so living well through change becomes an ongoing practice rather than a one-time insight.
