THRVE Passport

A Modern Almanac of Wellness, Wildness, and Wonder

THRVE Passport explores the rhythms, places, practices, and ideas that shape a more connected way of living.

Through seasonal stories, food, nature, culture, design, travel, and reflection, the publication offers a more personal and experiential expression of the THRVE philosophy.

THRVE Passport remains part of the wider editorial library while the Master Publication carries THRVE’s principal regenerative ageing research.

The THRVE Podcast

THRVE podcast about the table, not only what is placed upon it, but what unfolds around it.

Hosted by Andrea Leja, the conversations explore food, memory, land, labour, culture, hospitality, and the enduring human need to gather.

The table becomes a lens through which to understand connection, belonging, tradition, and community life.

The THRVE Podcast is currently in development.

Join the Conversation

A group of six diverse people are gathered around a wooden table in a well-lit room with large windows and indoor plants, engaged in a discussion with papers and designs on the table.

THRVE welcomes thoughtful dialogue about ageing, housing, design, health, research, and community life.

Readers, researchers, practitioners, homeowners, community leaders, and development partners are invited to share ideas, respond to published work, and suggest questions that deserve wider exploration.

Insights are strengthened when evidence, professional knowledge, and lived experience are brought together.

Ideas Are Only the Beginning

The purpose of THRVE Insights is not simply to publish more information.

It is to help people see the connections between homes, health, ageing, community, and the environments surrounding everyday life.

Through research, reflection, and conversation, THRVE helps move ideas toward practical action and better places to live.
