Winter Seasonal Bundle
Stillness & Spark
A gentle winter companion for rest, clarity, and quiet renewal
Winter often asks us to slow down — even when life doesn’t make that easy.
Light fades. Energy shifts. Homes can feel heavier or quieter in ways that are unsettling rather than restful. You may notice more fatigue, more reflection, or a sense that something needs tending — but without the capacity for big change.
Stillness & Spark was created for this season.
Not to fix your home.
Not to optimize your life.
But to help your space and daily rhythms support you more gently, right now.
What This Winter Bundle Is
The Stillness & Spark Winter Bundle is a seasonal collection of digital guides and practices designed to support:
rest without guilt
nervous-system regulation during darker months
warmth, light, and emotional steadiness
reflection without pressure to “reset” everything
This is not a program to complete.
It’s a companion you return to across the winter season.
The Winter Arc
This bundle follows the natural emotional and energetic rhythm of winter:
December — Light Between the Branches
A guide for slowing down, softening expectations, and tending quiet moments amid fullness and obligation.
Focus:
rest and restraint
gentle boundaries
light as comfort rather than productivity
January — Stillness & Spark
A midpoint pause — honoring stillness while noticing where small sparks of clarity or intention want to emerge.
Focus:
nervous-system steadiness
low-pressure reflection
warming rhythm rather than reinvention
February — Holding & Turning
A guide for patience, care, and subtle movement as winter begins to loosen — without rushing toward spring.
Focus:
endurance and tenderness
staying with what’s unresolved
preparing space gently, not forcefully
What’s Included
Depending on the tier you choose, the Winter Bundle may include:
Seasonal digital guides (December, January, February)
Reflection prompts and journaling pages
Gentle home-based practices that work in any living situation
Optional rituals and weekly check-ins
Language and pacing designed to reduce pressure, not add to it
All materials are:
renter-friendly
non-prescriptive
designed to be revisited, not finished

How to Use the Winter Bundle
There is no required order.
You can:
read one guide and pause for weeks
return to the same page repeatedly
skip anything that feels like too much
Wellness here is about permission, not progress.
Relationship to The Wellness Home Reset
The Winter Bundle pairs naturally with The Wellness Home Reset, offering seasonal context and emotional pacing.
You can:
use the Winter Bundle on its own
or layer it with The Reset for deeper support
Neither is required to use the other.
Winter is not a problem to solve.
It is a season that asks for care, patience, and warmth.
Stillness & Spark exists to offer a place to rest within it — quietly, thoughtfully, and without expectation.

The Healthy Home Sanctuary Package considers all ten healthy home design elements:
Air, Water, Light, Comfort, Nourishment, Movement, Mind, Sound, Materials and Community.
A truly healthy home, one that optimizes your healthy lifestyle and allows you to thrive, needs to consider the eight elements. Its best to start the process early in the design phase of your new build or renovation, but if you're further along in the design phase, that's ok too!
We will work together to ensure your air, water and light quality are healthy, and continue on to discuss design strategies for creating a thermally and acoustically comfortable home.
We'll talk about strategies to create a wellness kitchen that encourages healthy eating habits. We'll look at your window design and make suggestions for creating well-lit spaces.
You'll receive custom strategies for creating a peaceful home that helps reduce stress.
During the design process, we also select healthy and sustainable materials and finishes.
This package is custom to you, your home design, your construction budget, and your lifestyle. You'll also have access to me during the construction or renovation of your home for any health and wellness related questions.
